We would be delighted if you could join us at the next HR Exchange event which is taking place on Thursday 29 November 2012.
This free event will take a look at the highly-relevant topic of Talent Management; HR professionals constantly face the strategic and operational challenges of selecting the right employees with the necessary aptitude and appropriate skills to build an effective workforce – and of keeping hold of them to retain valuable talent.
This jam-packed session will be delegate-focused; we aim to encourage attendees to work together, sharing experiences and learning from each other to improve best practices in their business, which is what The HR Exchange is all about.
We have great pleasure in confirming that we will be joined by two guest speakers for this event; Chris Reynolds, Director at RPK People, will talk us through using Psychometrics to assess the needs of the individual leaders and how to use technology & social media and other leadership development interventions to embed learning.
Building on Chris’ presentation, Michael Moran, CEO & Founder of 10Eighty, will focus on developing a customised Leadership Development programme to provide a real return on investment.
Emma Swan, Senior Associate at Taylors, will give the invaluable and ever-popular round-up of recent employment law updates as well as talking delegates through the legal aspects of managing talent. There will be a workshop session for delegates to share their real-life experiences (both good and bad!) of how the topic has been dealt with in their organisations.
With so much HR-related content in a morning’s session, can you really afford to miss it?
