7 February 2013 – Talent Management – Manchester

The next HR Exchange Manchester event will be held on Thursday 7 February 2013.

Featuring the highly topical issue of Talent Management, with keynote speakers and the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practice with other HR professionals, bookings are now being taken.

Event Details

This free event will take a look at the highly-relevant topic of Talent Management; HR professionals constantly face the strategic and operational challenges of selecting the right employees with the necessary aptitude and appropriate skills to build an effective workforce – and of keeping hold of them to retain valuable talent.

This jam-packed session will be delegate-focused; we aim to encourage attendees to work together, sharing experiences and learning from each other to improve best practices in their business, which is what The HR Exchange is all about.

We have great pleasure in confirming that we will be joined by two guest speakers for this event; Chris Reynolds, Director at RPK People, will talk us through using Psychometrics in the talent management process, and Michael Moran, CEO & Founder of 10Eighty, will focus on developing a customised Leadership Development programme to provide a real return on investment.

There will be a workshop session, hosted by 10Eighty, for delegates to share their real-life experiences of how the topic has been dealt with in their organisation, and Will Clayton, Head of Employment at Taylors, will talk delegates through the legal aspects of managing talent.

With so much HR-related content in a morning’s session, can you really afford to miss it?
