We are delighted to announce the next HR Exchange Manchester event takes place on Friday 9th November 2012.
This event takes a look at retirement and pensions, encouraging delegates to share their experiences of managing people heading towards retirement since the removal of the Default Retirement Age, and looking at how their organisation intends to deal with the new pension requirements which take effect later this year.
This jam-packed session is delegate-focused, giving attendees plenty of opportunity to discuss their best (and worst!) experiences of managing these important employment matters.
NEW: ASK THE FORUM
By popular demand, we are also formally introducing our “Ask The Forum” slot. This ten minute session will allow delegates to ask the floor for advice and support in dealing with a HR issue, of any nature within their organisation.
This slot is designed to bring the HR Exchange back to what it is really all about – people working in HR sharing and learning from each other to improve practices in their business.
